General terms and conditions of the online store

The general terms and conditions of the online store Samdoma.si (hereinafter: online store) are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce. The online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the company Spletni planet doo, Markova 21, 6000 Koper, hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is the person who uses our system, i.e. the buyer in the online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as his email address, which he himself determines in his profile, and a password. The user's username and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions of operation address the operation of the online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Payment methods
The provider offers the following payment methods in the online store:

- payment by pro forma invoice - by transfer to the provider's account
- cash on delivery - by paying the courier upon delivery; the costs of the payment according to the courier's price list are covered by the seller.

- payment by credit card when ordering online

- payment via PayPal when ordering online

The provider issues the buyer an invoice on a durable medium, with itemized costs and instructions on how to cancel the purchase and return the items, if necessary and possible.
The purchase agreement (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile (My Profile).

Prices and validity of the offer

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.
The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and only apply when ordering online, so for some products there may be price differences between the online store and other stores in Slovenia. Prices apply when paying with the above payment methods, under the above conditions. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the product changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is out of stock, the price may change, of which the provider will inform the buyer. The images may only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

Validity of the promotional offer
The validity periods of the promotion are stated next to the promotion offer itself and may differ from each other.

Purchase process
1. Order accepted - After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the buyer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. The buyer always has access to comprehensive information about the status and content of the order on the provider's website.
2. Order confirmed - If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms or rejects the order with reason. The provider may call the buyer on their contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the provider is exclusively bound to the delivery by the provider's supplier and the time in which the provider's supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. The provider shall inform the buyer via e-mail of up-to-date information regarding the delivery of the goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer may notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and at the buyer's choice, either deliver the remaining items from the order or cancel the entire order. The provider does not assume any liability for damage resulting from longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
3. Goods dispatched - The Provider prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed deadline and notifies the Buyer of this by email. In the aforementioned email, the Provider also informs the Buyer about the return policy, where to contact in the event of a delay in delivery and where to contact in the event of a complaint.

Right to withdraw from purchase, return of goods
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the provider of the intended return in writing of the withdrawal from the contract, to the contact e-mail address: sales@samdoma.com or by mail. The consumer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of the written notification of withdrawal from the purchase. The products must be unused and undamaged. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer. The provider will refund the full purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase.

The return option does not apply to software, CDs/DVDs, video games, books and consumables if the security seal or original packaging has been removed.

Warranty
Products in the online store are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian law. Products have a warranty if stated so on the warranty card, invoice or advertising message. The product supplier guarantees the quality of the product or its flawless operation during the warranty period, if you use it in accordance with its purpose and the enclosed instructions. The warranty period begins on the day the buyer takes delivery of the goods.

Delivery time and delivery
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with GLS Slovenia or, if necessary, through another courier service. Purchased goods are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days, unless otherwise indicated. Due to holidays or weekends, shipping times may be extended, so we ask for your understanding. In the event that we cannot deliver your order within the promised time frame due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you of this by email or phone.

In our online store, we want to please all customers, so we deliver purchased goods anywhere in Slovenia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered products at your GLS Slovenia unit. For delivery of goods abroad, please contact us via email at sales@samdoma.com to prepare an invoice for you.


Security
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

Right to privacy
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the website www.splenet.si will be used exclusively for sending informational materials, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.

Communication
Advertising e-mails must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages. The sender must be clearly visible. The provider will unconditionally take into account the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.

Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, availability and prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. All product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the product features. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Users can send complaints and claims by email to sales@samdoma.com or by regular mail to the provider's headquarters.

The provider must confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the user of the time it will take to process it, and keep the user informed of the progress of the procedure. The provider will do its best to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction in Koper.
